CHESTER, PA : All lanes of I-95 closed in Delco after wrong-way driver causes crash on Monday, 20th November 2023

All lanes of Interstate 95 have reopened in Chester, Delaware County after a crash and vehicle fire closed the highway for several hours on Monday morning.

Traffic was backed up in the area for hours after two separate crashes.

The interstate was closed for more than four hours between Kerlin Street/Exit 5 and I-476/Exit 7 during the morning rush.

"I've been on the road for four and a half hours from Delaware trying to get to work near west Philly," said Paula White of Newark.
