Parma man killed in crash

A 24-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash near Parma on Friday morning. The incident took place on Highway 20-26.

According to the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office, Craig Nelson of Parma was driving west when his Jeep Liberty went off the left shoulder of the road and rolled. He was pronounced dead at the scene and was reportedly not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
