The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning crash that involved a county EMS unit Tuesday.
The crash happened shortly before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday on Savannah Highway at Hughes Road where the crash was reported, sheriff’s spokesperson Alexis Douglas said.
A Charleston County EMS unit was traveling northbound on Savannah Highway when a car attempted to cross over Savannah Highway from Hughes Road, investigators say.
