Franklin state police said that no one was injured in a one-vehicle accident around 9:30 a.m. Monday on Route 427 in Cooperstown Borough.
According to police, Richard Sires, 46, of Oil City was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker, with passenger Joshua Sires, 24, of Franklin, and went off the right side of the roadway, swiping a utility pole and coming to a final rest in a yard.
