Dickson, TN : Woman killed in a wrong-way crash in Dickson on Monday, November 21, 2016

A woman was killed in a wrong-way crash in Dickson on Monday.

Police said the woman turned into oncoming traffic on Interstate 40 and a tractor-trailer hit her head-on.

According to reports, her vehicle’s headlights were not on at the time of the crash.

Police said alcohol and some prescription drugs were found in the car.

The truck driver has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
