Houston, TX : One killed, traffic stopped after fiery Katy Freeway wreck in Fort Bend County on Monday morning, March 20, 2017

A fiery fatal wreck stopped traffic on the Katy Freeway in Fort Bend County just after the Monday morning rush hour, officials said.
Around 8:30 a.m., a pick-up truck smashed into a car stalled out in the left lane near Pin Oak, according to Katy police. After the collision, the stalled car burst into flames.
One driver was killed in the crash, and the other was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
Two hours after the crash, westbound traffic was still shut down as authorities cleaned up the scene.
