A Gresham man has died in a rollover crash on a rural road east of York.

York County Sheriff Dale Radcliff said that 33-year-old Jason Kindschuh was driving Monday afternoon when he was thrown from the vehicle after it left the road, went into a ditch and rolled several times. Kindschuh was pronounced dead at the scene.

Radcliff said that a male passenger was injured and taken to York General Hospital and then flown to Bryan West Campus in Lincoln.

The Lincoln Journal Star reports that the crash is under investigation.
