Second fatal crash reported in Franklin County

One woman was killed in a car accident in Fairfax Saturday morning, state police said. According to police, Davis Bodette III, 21 of Cambridge, failed to obey a stop sign at the intersection of Fletcher and Shepherdson Hollow roads.
