ST. LOUIS, MO : 1 dead, 2 injured in downtown St. Louis crash on Thursday, 29th February 2024

A person died after a two-car crash that happened in downtown St. Louis Thursday night.

Police say the crash happened around 8:27 p.m. near the 1300 block of Convention Plaza. A 2016 Ford Taurus was traveling eastbound when it collided with a 1999 Ford pickup truck and rolled onto its roof.

The driver of the car was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The 62-year-old driver and 32-year-old passenger of the pickup were also taken to the hospital where they were listed in stable condition.
