One person was taken to hospital after a crash involving seven cars along Highway 50 in Rancho Cordova Wednesday afternoon.
According to Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the seven car crash happened on eastbound Highway 50 near Sunrise Avenue.
Officials said there were two patients, but only one was taken to the hospital.
