Wareham ,RI :Single-car crash sends two to hospital on Monday night ,July 13th 2015

Two people were seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash in Wareham Monday night. The car crashed into a utility pole on Marion Road around 10 p.m. According to emergency broadcast reports, both the driver and a passenger were unconscious and trapped inside the vehicles.
Rescuers requested MedFlight helicopters for each victim. One victim was flown to Rhode Island Hospital and the other was flown to a Boston-area hospital.
Both victims, who have yet to be identified, reportedly sustained life-threatening injuries.
Wareham police are investigating the cause of the crash.
