Shelby County, OH : Car driver Jeffrey McCullough, 44, dead after colliding with semi on Ohio 119 in Shelby County on Thursday morning, October 30, 2014

A 44-year-old Maplewood, Ohio, man was the driver killed in the head-on collision with a semitrailer on State Route 119. According to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Jeffrey McCullough for unknown reason veered left of center in his 2008 Chevy HHR and into the path of the semi. McCullough died at the scene. An autopsy has been ordered, according to the sheriff’s office. Mark Wolf, 53, of Mansfield, who was driving the semi, was not injured.
