Bear, DE : At least one person dead in single vehicle crash in Bear on Wednesday, 4th September 2019

At least one person died in a crash Thursday afternoon in Bear, according to Delaware State Police.

A single vehicle crashed on Wrangle Hill Road near School House Road around 1:50 p.m., police said. The vehicle was found upside down on the side of the road on the opposite side of a guard rail.

Wrangle Hill Road was closed between U.S. 13 and Clarks Corner Road for almost three hours causing significant delays. The road reopened around 4:45 p.m.
