Bartlesville ,OK :Betty Reber died and another man injured after Head-on collision on Wednesday, September 16th 2015

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 79-year-old Bartlesville woman was killed and a man was critically injured in a head-on collision on Highway 60 near Bartlesville.

An OHP report says Betty Reber died in the crash on Wednesday.

The report says the driver of a westbound sport utility vehicle was trying to make a U-turn on the highway when the SUV was struck by another westbound vehicle and crossed into eastbound lanes where the SUV collided with the car Reber was riding in. The driver of the car Reber was in was critically injured.

The report says three other people were hospitalized in stable condition, another person was treated and released and three juveniles were not injured.
