Brevard County, FL: 20-year-old Woman killed in head-on crash in Interstate 95 on Saturday October 10 2015

A 20-year-old was killed in a head-on crash in Brevard County early Saturday, Florida Highway Patrol troopers said.
Troopers said Keith Pumphrey, 22, of Melbourne, was heading eastbound on State Road 407 near Interstate 95 at about 12:30 a.m. when he drove into the westbound lanes.
He hit Keri DeMott, 20, of Orlando, head-on, reports said. She died at the scene.
Pumphrey was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The crash remains under investigation and charges are pending, troopers said.
