Texarkana , AR : 74 - years old Employee injured in Crash after truck crashed into the bank at the corner of State Line Avenue and College Drive on friday , february 13th 2015

Texarkana authorities say a bank employee was injured after a truck crashed into the bank where she was working.

It happened around noon Friday at Commercial National Bank at the corner of State Line Avenue and College Drive in Texarkana, AR.

Police said the 74-year-old driver walked out of the bank and got into his pickup truck. When he went to leave, he accidentally went forward instead of backward, hitting the mostly-glass outer wall of the bank. Neither he nor his wife, who was also in the truck, were injured.

A bank employee hurt her leg when she jumped out of the way of the truck. Authorities said she refused to go to the hospital.

Police did not say if the driver will be ticketed. The bank is still open for business.
