Northampton, MA : No injuries in school bus accident in Northampton on Tuesday afternoon, January 31, 2017

A vehicle rear-ended a school bus with about 25 Northampton High School students on board Tuesday afternoon, but there were no injuries, police said.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, on Burts Pit Road, at 2:09 p.m., Northampton Police Capt. John Cartledge said. He said the bus had “slowed or stopped” when a car rear-ended the bus.
He said no one was injured.
Northampton Public Schools Superintendent John A. Provost said school administrators notified parents about the crash.
