Huntersville, NC : One person dead and two others injured in crash on Saturday morning, September 5th 2015

Part of I-77 was closed for about two-hours Saturday morning following a bad crash in Huntersville that left one person dead and two others injured.The accident happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning on I-77 northbound just past the Gilead Road exit.
Troopers say 60-year-old Larry Donald Olson, 60, from Thomasville has been identified as the victim in the crash.
Firefighters in Huntersville tell us a wrong way driver was going southbound in the northbound lane when they hit another car head-on.
