Fort McCoy,WI : Man struck, killed by car in Fort Myers on September, Sunday 17th 2017

A Wisconsin man was killed when he was struck by a car in Fort Myers early Sunday.

Troopers said Dustin Thomas Born, 19, was laying on McGregor Boulevard at Mercury Way when he was hit by a car driven by Antonio Javier Ugarte, 29, of Cape Coral.

Born was under the influence of alcohol at the time, according to troopers.

The crash happened around 2:45 a.m.

The FHP said charges are pending the investigation.
