Milwaukee, WI : Pedestrian killed in crash on Milwaukee's northwest side on April, Thursday 6th 2017

A 28-year-old Watertown woman was arrested after she was involved in two traffic accidents, fled the scene of the first accident and then killed a pedestrian on Milwaukee's northwest side Thursday morning.

The Watertown woman's Ford Explorer was involved in a crash with another vehicle at N. 92nd St. and W. Capitol Drive and took off, according to Milwaukee police. Then she drove into a 58-year-old Milwaukee woman who was walking two blocks away, at N. 92nd St. and W. Lisbon Ave., around 8:40 a.m.

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital where she died.
