MODESTO, CA : Bicyclist dies after Modesto hit-and-run on Tuesday, 7th November 2023

A man died after being hit by a car while on his bike in Modesto, according to officials.

The Modesto Police Department says the man was hit by a 2010-2013 white or light-colored Kia Soul just before 5:30 p.m. while crossing the street on McHenry Avenue near Standiford Avenue. The car drove off from the scene and officials say it should have damage to the front windshield and passenger side.
