A 57-year-old Jacksonville man died in a crash in Orange Park on Wednesday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. State troopers said Eddy Deguzman was stopped at the intersection of Wells Road and Blanding Boulevard about 6:40 a.m. when he suffered a medical emergency and rolled into the rear of an SUV. Deguzman was taken to Orange Park Medical Center, where he died. No other injuries were reported.
