NORFOLK, VA : 1 dead, another hurt in crash near Old Dominion University on Wednesday, 25th October 2023

This story has been updated to remove part of an eyewitness account of the crash that referred to the driver of the sedan as an ODU student. A school spokesperson said the driver is not enrolled at the University.

One man is dead and another was hurt after a two-car crash near Old Dominion University Wednesday night, according to eyewitnesses and Norfolk police.
