MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI : I-43 reopens after crash involving semis in Manitowoc County on Friday, 5th February 2021

A stretch of I-43 has reopened to traffic after a crash involving semi trucks in Manitowoc County.

The southbound lanes of traffic opened at 10:28 a.m., about two hours after the closure.

The scene was located south of County Highway V in the Francis Creek area.

A photo on the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page shows at least two semi trucks were involved.

The Sheriff’s Office says roads are ice-covered.
