Scottsbluff, NE : School bus, truck collision occurs west of Hemingford on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 27, 2016

An accident involving a Hemingford Schools bus and a Roof Depot truck based out of Scottsbluff occurred one mile west of Hemingford Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 27.

It’s been reported by Hemingford Schools that all students on the bus were checked by emergency service personnel and were returned to the school, with the exception of one student who has taken by EMS for further tests.

Hemingford Schools reports that parents of the students involved have all been contacted.
The bus involved in the accident was the southwest route.

The Hemingford Police Department, Hemingford Volunteer Fire Department, Box Butte County Sheriff’s Office and Nebraska Highway Patrol responded to the accident.
