MIAMI, FL : Coca-Cola semi truck rollover crash on I-95 near Miami Gardens Drive on Thursday, 15th February 2024

An accident involving a tractor-trailer hauling Coca-Cola brought a section of I-95 to a standstill Thursday morning.

It happened in the southbound lanes between Ives Dairy Road and Miami Gardens Drive.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of the tractor-trailer lost control while trying to avoid a crash ahead. The truck slammed into a guardrail and overturned, spilling soda cans and water bottles all over the road.

The driver was airlifted to the Ryder Trauma Center with serious injuries.
