Northeast harris TX : Motorcyclist is dead after crash on April 18 2014.

A motorcyclist is dead after a wreck in northeast Harris County. It happened in the 7500 block of Furay as a pickup truck was heading eastbound on Furay. Authorities say the truck was making a left turn when a motorcycle rider slammed into its rear.

The biker was pronounced dead on the scene.

Officials on scene say there parts from a second motorcycle at the scene and they're now looking for a second rider.

A witness reported seeing someone in a pickup truck pull up and pickup the second rider, the motorcycle and leave.

Officials are checking area hospitals for the second motorcyclist.
