A multiple-vehicle accident in Arnett sent two people to the hospital after being entrapped in cars Sunday.
The two-car accident occurred around 1 p.m. on Coal River Road, a Raleigh County dispatcher said.
Crews from Coal River Volunteer Fire Department extracted the two people, who were transported to Raleigh General Hospital.
The Raleigh County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
There was no word on the people's conditions Sunday afternoon.
