PORTLAND, ME : Tractor-trailer removed from crash scene on 295 in Portland on Thursday, 21st February 2019

Part of Interstate 295 southbound in Portland was closed as crews worked to remove a tractor-trailer that caused a traffic tie-up during the morning commute Thursday.

The tractor-trailer slid off the highway near mile marker 9 southbound at about 6:45 a.m, police said.
