Hanover,PA : Steven Ross, 38, of Hanover, dies in early morning crash on Route 116 on January, Friday 19th 2018
Steven D. Ross, 38, of Hanover, died in a crash on Route 116 in Mount Pleasant Township Friday, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Ross was driving eastbound in the 4200 block of Route 116, also known as Hanover Road, when he lost control of his vehicle while coming out of a curve in the road, a news release states.

The 2003 Nissan Altima he was driving struck a tree at about 3:40 a.m.
Speed appears to be a contributing factor in the crash, and Ross was not wearing a seat belt, the release states.
According to his obituary, Ross was born in Baltimore and graduated from South Western High School in 1998. He loved to go fishing, was a Baltimore Ravens fan, and most of all, enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephew.
