Malone, NY : Woman killed in a head-on crash on Route 37 in Malone on Wednesday, July 6, 2016

A woman was killed Wednesday in a head-on crash in Malone, New York.

Police say a Ford Fiesta crossed the center line on Route 37 and hit an SUV head-on.

The female passenger in the Fiesta was killed. Police are not releasing her name until they notify her family.

The two drivers were taken to UVM Medical Center.
