SCOTT COUNTY, VA : VSP identifies victim from deadly crash in Scott County on Friday, 26th April 2019

A Virginia State Police spokesperson tells News Channel 11 the investigation into a deadly crash from Scott County is still ongoing.

According to VSP, the single-vehicle crash happened after 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday on Route 23 at mile marker 14. A 1995 Honda Passport was traveling south when it ran off the left side of the road, struck a culvert and overturned.

The driver, Anthony J. Moore, 39, of North Chesterfield, was not wearing a seat belt, according to VSP, and died at the scene.
