Estero, FL : Christopher Schearer, 27, died after truck collided with another car in Estero on Thursday, Aug 13, 2015

A Pennsylvania man died in a crash Thursday in Estero.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Christopher Schearer, 27, died when his truck collided with another car before driving into a lake off Via Villagio Parkway.

Schearer was pulled from the water by witnesses and taken to a hospital where he died.

The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured.
