SEYMOUR, CT : Oxford man dies from injuries suffered in motorcycle crash on Derby Avenue on Sunday, 5th April, 2020

A 27-year-old Oxford man died Sunday after he and a passenger suffered serious injuries following a motorcycle crash on Derby Avenue.

Luke Nathan, of Roosevelt Drive in Oxford, was driven to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport after the 2018 Harley-Davidson he was riding crashed at about 8 p.m. Saturday night, Seymour Police said.

Police say Nathan had been heading south on the street in Seymour before the crash, the cause of which is still under investigation.

A passenger, Stefani Smith, 27, also suffered serious injuries in the crash, but they are not considered life threatening.
