SALEM, OR : 1 dead, 2 hurt in Salem crash on Saturday, 23rd March 2024

Salem Police Department said one person is dead and two are hurt after a two-car crash Saturday.

At approximately 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a crash at the intersection of Kuebler Boulevard and south Liberty Road. Officers believe 33-year-old Joshua Noel Guerra was driving an SUV eastbound on Kuebler Boulevard when he failed to stop at the red light.
