Ventura County, CA : Motorcyclist injured after crash along Pacific Coast Highway on Wednesday afternoon, April 20, 2016

A motorcyclist was flown to a hospital after a crash along Pacific Coast Highway Wednesday afternoon, officials said.

The crash was reported about 3:25 p.m. along PCH and Sycamore Canyon Road, according to the Ventura County Fire Department.

Initial reports from the California Highway Patrol indicate that the motorcyclist was cut off by an unknown vehicle and crashed.

All lanes of the highway were blocked while the helicopter landed. The victim was taken to Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center in Thousand Oaks with unknown injuries.
