Canon, CO : Pueblo woman injured in U.S. 50 crash in Fremont County on Thursday afternoon, August 4, 2016
A Pueblo woman was seriously injured after a truck hauling a camper trailer began to fishtail on U.S. 50.
The crash occurred Thursday afternoon in Fremont County right before the Pueblo County line.
According to a Colorado State Patrol news release, Angela Czoske, 48, the front seat passenger, was ejected during the crash.
Flight for Life responded, and Czoske was flown to Penrose Main Hospital in Colorado Springs.
The driver, David Allee, 71, was taken to Parkview Hospital for precautionary measures and two juveniles in the truck were taken for minor to moderate injuries.
The news release said that the 2000 Ford F-150 was pulling the camper traveling westbound in the right land when it started fishtailing.
"The vehicle then traveled into the left lane and then back into the right lane while starting to rotate in a clockwise rotation," the news release said.
The truck then traveled off the right side of the highway and rolled one time.
None of the people in the truck were wearing seatbelts.
The crash is still under investigation by the Colorado State Patrol.
