BELLE CHASSE, LA : 1 killed in fatal crash near Naval Station in Belle Chasse on Wednesday, 28th August 2024

Baton Rouge native Kyrin Dotson, 19, was killed while walking along Highway 23 in Belle Chasse when he was struck by a truck just north of Seatrain Road early Wednesday morning.

The crash happened just after 4 a.m. in the southbound lanes on Highway 23 at Concord Street according to Total Traffic Network and Louisiana State Police.
