Cumberland ,WI : Two killed and 16 others injured after Wisconsin high school volleyball team's bus collides with car on Saturday, August 22nd 2015

Two people are dead and 16 others were injured after a car and a high school volleyball team's bus collided in western Wisconsin.

The crash happened north of Cumberland at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The Wisconsin State Patrol says initial reports indicate a car didn't stop for the northbound bus of the Spooner High School volleyball team.

Tiffany Hostetler, 29, and her 3-year-old daughter, Elanora Hutton, were declared dead at the scene. Hostetler's five-year-old son, Marshall Hutton, was hospitalized and released Sunday.

The school bus was sent into a ditch and was partially submerged in water. The coach, bus driver and students were treated for minor injuries and released.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
