Lawiston, ME : 22-year-old woman dies when car strikes utility pole in Saco on early Sunday, July 27, 2014

A fatal car crash is under investigation in Saco.

Police say a 22-year-old woman from Lewiston was killed early Sunday when the car she was driving went off Buxton Road and crashed into a utility pole.

Police have not yet released the woman's name and the cause of the accident is not yet known.
