BERKELEY, MO : Woman killed in head-on crash in St. Louis suburb on Saturday, 3rd November 2018

The Missouri Highway Patrol says a woman has died in a head-on crash in the St. Louis suburb of Berkeley.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 35-year-old Theresa Arnold, of St. Louis, was driving northbound on a road morning when she crossed the center line and hit another car head-on.

Arnold was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say a 17-year-old female passenger in Arnold's car suffered serious injuries, while the 77-year-old driver of the other car sustained moderate injuries.

Investigators say the two survivors were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, but Arnold was not.
