LAFAYETTE, CA : Lanes reopen after Highway 24 crash spurs traffic alert on Sunday, December, 17th 2017
All lanes of westbound Highway 24 were closed after a major-injury crash, authorities said Sunday.
The crash, involving at least two vehicles, was reported at 8:55 p.m. west of the Pleasant Hill Road exit, a California Highway Patrol officer said. A Sig-alert was declared at 9:13 p.m..
Two right-hand lanes reopened at 9:48 p.m., and all lanes reopened and the alert was lifted at 10:03 p.m.. No word was initially available on any injuries.
