Orange County, FL : One person killed in a van and a pickup truck crash on Friday December 18 2015

Washington state petrol troopers arrested a 29-year-old Seattle woman for rear ending a broken down car on Interstate 5 in Federal Way, killing a mother and daughter.
Investigators booked Rocelle Harris for vehicular homicide on Thursday. She tried to get out of jail on Friday, but the judge set her bail at $100,000 instead.
Samantha Agee, 51, and Everlean McMillan, 31, were in a Honda Civic when their car broke down early Thursday morning on northbound I-5. They were blocking the right lane when a Ford Mustang hit them from behind.
Relatives, devastated by the loss, posted photos of the two on Facebook.
Harris, who was driving the Mustang, was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
Troopers say they could smell alcohol on Harris’ breath. Her breath test came back at .092, just over the limit.
