Denver, CO : Two drivers died in crashes on Interstate 25 on Sunday, 17th June 2018

Two drivers died in crashes on Interstate 25 this weekend, raising the total of traffic fatalities in the city to 21 this year.

If the pace of traffic deaths continues for the rest of the year, 2018 would surpass the record of 39 set last year. Last year at this time there were 14 traffic-related deaths.

Early Sunday, a driver died in a rollover crash on the interstate near the Lake Avenue exit.
