Torrance, CA : Manhattan Beach motorcycle officer injured in 91 Freeway crash in Cerritos on Tuesday, February 21st 2017

A Manhattan Beach motorcycle officer suffered moderate injuries in a crash Tuesday on the 91 Freeway in Cerritos.

The crash occurred about 5:20 p.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway near the 605 Freeway, according to Manhattan Beach Police Department Sgt. Tim Zins.

“The officer was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for moderate injuries,” Zins said.

The crash is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
