Miller County, AR : ASP investigates crash in McKinney Bayou on Tuesday, 1st January 2019

The body of Texarkana, Texas man is found inside a submerged car at a bayou in Miller County, Arkansas.It happened 4:00 a.m. Sunday Highway 82, about 13 miles from Texarkana.

Arkansas State Police say Reuben Madison, 33, was traveling west on Highway 82, when his vehicle left the roadway and became submerged in water at McKinney Bayou.

Madison was pronounced dead at the scene.
