Adrian, MN : One person dead in a one-vehicle rollover crash in Nobles County on Thursday night, July 14, 2016

One person is dead following a one-vehicle rollover late Thursday night near Adrian.

The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office reports it was notified at 11:04 p.m. Thursday of a motor vehicle crash with injuries at the intersection of 230th Street and Cory Avenue.

When deputies arrived on scene, they found the driver of the vehicle, Kendrick Charles Koppen, 31, of Adrian, deceased. A passenger, Ethan Neil Everson, 27, of Lismore was transported to the Sanford Luverne Hospital and later airlifted to a hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Adrian Police Department, Adrian Ambulance and Adrian Fire Department.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
