Boston, MA : Two people injured after their car crashed into Mohawk Insurance on Dorchester Avenue on Saturday night, April 23, 2016

Police are investigating a crash in Dorchester that sent two people to the hospital.

A car slammed into the Mohawk Insurance building on Dorchester Avenue around 10 p.m. Saturday.

Two people were in the car at the time of the crash. Their conditions are unknown.

Firefighters called a structural engineer to determine the extent of the damage to the building.

Police are trying to determine why the driver was not able to stop the car.
