STROUDSBURG, PA : Passenger dies from Tannersville crash injuries in Pocono Township on Sunday, 7th October 2018

Dwayne Scroggs, 35, of Stroudsburg, died Saturday night at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono from injuries suffered in a Saturday morning crash in Pocono Township, authorities said.
Scroggs was a passenger in a pickup truck that collided with a tractor-trailer on Route 715, near Ann Lane, Tannersville, shortly after 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Pickup driver Richard Rascona Jr., 47, of Cresco, was pronounced dead on scene.
