EAST FELICIANA PARISH, LA : 1 person killed in single-vehicle crash in East Feliciana Parish on Saturday, 1st June 2024

A driver is dead after a single-vehicle crash in East Feliciana Parish on Friday evening, according to Louisiana State Police.

LSP identified the driver as Damon K. Bernard, 47, of Port Allen.

According to authorities, the crash happened shortly after 10 p.m. on LA 958.

LSP revealed that a 2005 Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling northbound on LA 958, just south of LA 959. For reasons still under investigation, the Chevrolet exited the roadway to the left, entered a ditch, and struck a culvert.
